What payment methods do you support?
Our preferred payment method is PayPal. With PayPal you can pay with a credit card or a PayPal account.
We also support Clickbank which allows payments using a credit card or PayPal account.
Another alternative to PayPal and Clickbank is Plimus which provides some alternative payment methods like ACH direct payments
All our payment methods are secure and reliable.
When do I receive my login information?
You will receive your new VPS login details and instructions via email shortly after we have reviewed your payment information. Please check your email from time to time for we are still processing your VPS IP, this will take less than a day for you to have the email.
How do I install my Expert Advisor?
Please refer to the manual for the Expert Advisor on how to install your Expert Advisor. We can install it for you if you if you email it to us or provide the link where we can download it.
What type of VPS Hosting do you provide?
Our main focus is providing Windows VPS hosting for Forex traders utilizing the MetaTrader 4 platform. We also support Dukascopy trading platforms.
Can't login to the MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal
Here are some tips as to why you can't login to your metatrader!
1. Correct platform - Please make sure that you have the right Broker installed in the VPS
2. Settings - make sure that you enable the proxy server and the dde in this path tools->option->server (menu bar of your metatrder)
3. Broker Server - There are different servers given by the Brokers, please make sure that you have the right server entered as you login
4. Account Details - Please make sure that you enter the correct Broker account details on the MetaTrader otherwise you will have an invalid account
Expert Advisor doesn't seem to be available?
After we have uploaded your requested Expert Advisor, please close the metatrader in the VPS and open it again to see the file.
How to create a VPS shortcut?
To access your VPS server do the following if using a Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 Computer:
To create the shortcut, minimize all applications on your home computer so that you can see your Windows Desktop.
1. Right-mouse-click on an empty space on your Desktop and select New -> Shortcut Page
2. In the box above, copy and paste this
for Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or less):
mstsc.exe /v:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /console
(where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is your VPS IP address and there are no spaces after both "/") and click NEXT
for Windows XP (Service Pack 3), Windows Vista or Windows 7:
mstsc.exe /v:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /admin
(where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is your VPS IP address and there are no spaces after both "/") and click NEXT
3.On this screen, give your new short-cut a name (eg. MyVPS Console) and click Finish.
4.Now you can double-click on the shortcut and access your VPS.
***It is very important that you login to the console/admin session otherwise you may end up with multiple sessions and duplicate trades***

How can I access my VPS?
When you signup for hosting at EZForexHost we will provide you with a Remote Desktop connection.
This remote desktop connection can be used to access your VPS through Windows, Linux, or Mac OS.
Use Remote Desktop file sent to you ending with "_console" for Windows XP Service Pack 2 and prior.
Use Remote Desktop file sent to you ending with "_admin" for Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

How do I upload the files to my VPS such as my Expert Advisor and upgrades?
Through the Remote Desktop connection we provide you can set the option to share your local drive to the VPS. Then you can copy and paste the file normally through Windowss.
Open the Remote Dekstop connection provided and click on the Options button. Then select the Local Resources tab. Then choose to share your local disk drives.
Depending on the version of windows you have, the access to choose to share your local disk drives might be contained in a "More..." button. Also, you may have to right click on your Remote Desktop connection and "Edit" it to share the drive.
To save the changes so that everytime you access your VPS your local disk drives are shared, go back to the General tab and click on Save button.
